With over 25 years of experience in financial advisory and investment banking, Mr. Dhiren Kothary has built a reputation as a trusted partner to entrepreneurs and mid-market businesses across India. His journey in the industry began in the early 1990s, a period that shaped his understanding of how growing companies navigate capital, scale, and strategic transitions. Over the years, he has successfully executed a wide spectrum of equity, debt, and M&A transactions, consistently offering clients clarity, confidence, and solutions tailored to their specific goals.
Alongside Quest, he continues to guide and manage D. Kothary & Company, the Mumbai-based auditing and advisory firm he established and nurtured over 35 years. As Founder and Senior Partner, he developed a strong practice built on integrity, analytical rigor, and long-term relationships and values that continue to define his work today. A Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the ICAI, with a Bachelor of Commerce from Mumbai University, he brings a rare blend of technical depth and practical judgment. His experience, insight, and long-standing commitment to entrepreneurs form the foundation of Quest’s advisory approach.

A Chartered Accountant, Fellow Member of ICAI, and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he combines strong financial acumen with strategic leadership and execution excellence.
He brings hands-on expertise in managing complex offshore and cross-border transactions, including multi-jurisdictional structuring and regulatory navigation. His core focus areas include Private Equity & Venture Capital Advisory, M&A, IPO Advisory, and Debt Syndication, with a proven track record of leading high-value transactions and multidisciplinary teams across sectors.

With over 24 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong 10-year foundation as a Chartered Accountant in audit and taxation, she brings a rare blend of commercial insight, regulatory depth, and financial discipline to every engagement.
Her career spans senior leadership roles across established pharmaceutical organizations, where she has advised companies on business development, regulatory strategy, and market entry, working closely with promoters and leadership teams. She has also led end-to-end supply chain operations, driving efficiency, compliance, and cost optimization, and managed commercial strategy and financial controls in highly regulated environments.
Academically, she is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Her experience allows her to guide pharmaceutical businesses through complex regulatory landscapes while building scalable, commercially sustainable operations.

Aaditi is a finance professional currently involved in capital-raising and deal execution, and has completed a USD 10 million fundraise, along with working on ongoing consumer-sector mandates. Her work spans financial modelling and valuation analysis, investor outreach, management of investor discussions, and coordination with promoters, investors, and advisors, bringing a structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused approach to supporting transactions across the deal lifecycle.
She began her career at EY in a consulting role, where she supported financial and business process reviews and risk assessments across sectors including retail, hospitality, and construction. Aaditi holds a BBA in Finance from NMIMS, Mumbai, which provided a strong foundation in financial analysis and corporate finance.
Kennieth Menezes

He is a finance professional with experience across investment banking, venture capital, and transaction support, with a strong focus on research-driven deal evaluation and execution. His work includes industry and sector analysis, due diligence, fundraising support, and preparation of investment memorandums, financial models, and pitch decks, contributing across early-stage investment assessment and capital-raising initiatives.
He has actively engaged with Private Equity and Venture Capital investors on sector theses and deal origination discussions, supported startup fundraising and diligence initiatives, and managed research-led engagements for institutional investors, consulting firms, and large corporates. Having cleared CFA Level II and holding a BSc from St. Xavier’s College, he brings a disciplined, analytical mindset with a strong interest in corporate finance, capital markets, and venture investing.

She is a Chartered Accountant with a strong foundation in financial analysis, accounting, and audit, and has successfully cleared CFA Level II. Her professional experience includes working closely with senior management on the finalization of accounts, conducting statutory and tax audits across multiple sectors, and supporting quarterly limited reviews of subsidiaries of listed companies involving materiality of approximately ₹80 crore.
With solid exposure to investment analysis, valuation, and financial modelling, she has a keen interest in equity research and investment banking. Known for her clear communication, analytical rigor, and collaborative approach, she thrives in dynamic financial environments and is committed to continuously expanding her expertise while contributing meaningfully to transaction execution and advisory work.

His background includes sell-side transaction support, onboarding 300+ companies to deal platforms, preparing investor materials and financial pitch decks, and supporting investor outreach and stakeholder coordination across mid-market transactions.
He also brings hands-on experience in macro and technical trading, risk oversight, and portfolio monitoring, having overseen trade performance and risk metrics, supported compliance and reporting processes, and managed a multi-analyst desk across global asset classes. He holds a Master’s in Management from a leading European business school and an MSc in Financial Markets and Investments from a Financial Times–ranked #2 program globally, and has cleared CFA Level I, bringing a well-rounded perspective across corporate finance, markets, and risk management.
